Happy St Patrick’s day from me and the MUA team at MUA towers!- Well it’s actually tomorrow, but I wanted to inspire you ready for St Patrick’s day J 

 Saint Patrick's Day has come to be associated with everything Irish: anything green and gold, shamrocks and luck. Most importantly, to those who celebrate its intended meaning, St. Patrick's Day is a traditional day and what better than celebrating it with St Patrick Day nails and green make-up!

Little fact for you guys Saint Patrick was originally blue! Over the years the colour green and its association with Saint Patrick's Day grew. Saint Patrick is said to have used the shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish, and the wearing and display of shamrocks and shamrock-inspired designs have become a feature of the day which as you can see is used in my nail design. I have also put my own touch of fun to my nail design by adding a rainbow with a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and one thing that pops in my head when I think of St Patrick’s Day is a leprechaun! So I have used the belt design that you normally see on cartoon Leprechaun’s- All the designs on my nails are inspired by Irish traditions we all recognise, so I hope you are inspired to create your own nails this St Patrick’s day!
