MUA’s New BB creams finally landed on my desk yesterday! I
am so excited to share this amazing new MUA pro product with you guys. BB Creams have been the biggest beauty trend
lately, thanks to their popularity in Asia, and the trend is set to be huge in
2012!
If you haven't got one in your makeup bag now, you soon will have MUA’s with
the cheapest BB Cream available on the UK high street J
So what does BB Cream stand for?
Technically, it stands for Blemish Balm or Blemish Base but
that doesn't mean it's a spot cream. It's more of a multi-function cream that
has coverage and skincare properties. It promises natural-looking skin
coverage. MUA’s Primes the skin, smooth’s out the skin and also conceals any
blemishes.
What will MUA’s BB Cream do?
What makes MUA’s BB cream different to others on the high
street is that they are available in three different foundation colours –Light,
Medium and dark. It also acts like a primer, evens out complexion like a tinted
moisturiser, covers minor imperfections and redness like a concealer, hydrate
your skin like your day cream, brighten and perk-up a dull complexion.
How do I choose one right for me?
Test the three shades available on your jaw line and if this
blends out and becomes visible you know you have the right shade. I am
currently wearing the light and medium mixed together today so you can mix the
colours as well to get the right tone for your skin. Try before you buy and see
how it feels on your skin for the day - in the same way as you would try a
foundation on your skin before buying.
How do I use it?
The magic of the MUA BB Cream means you get a light, natural
finish coverage to give you a health glow and cover uneven skin tone. Use it
when you don't fancy wearing full foundation or if you want to brighten and
perk-up your skin between work and a night out.
There are also limited shades on offer - generally light,
medium or dark. However good news we are currently looking into bringing lots
of more shades out!
How much is the MUA BB Cream and when can I get hold of it?
The MUA BB Cream is only £4! The cream is available on the
14th March, 2012 at Selected Superdrug stores that stock the MUA pro
range or you can get your hands on the cream on www.muastore.co.uk
So I want to know are you going to be trying MUA NEW BB Creams…

This is fab! I'm loving BB creams at the moment. I love that it is such a great price that you could easily buy 2 different shades to mix and get that perfect shade !

I am dubious about UK BB creams as they don't seem to offer the same sort of effect as Asian ones, but this being so cheap, I am going to have to try it and see! Though worried it might not suit my pale skin tone, as high street foundations often don't!

I'm really looking forward to trying this. Having sampled it at the Love Hearts event and seeing what a difference it made to the back of my hand I can't wait to see how it performs on my face. Even 4 hours later when I got home (having dealt with tube & trains!) my neighbour noticed the difference between hands.
ReplyDeleteRoll on 14th March =)

How pale is your lightest shade? The lightest shade of your matte foundation is still too dark for me :(

I was really looking forward to this, but unfortunately the light still looks a bit too orange-y for my skin tone. I usually buy online as my uni town doesn't get the new MUA ranges (only the old stuff), which means I cant try it out before I buy it.
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to review it for my blog as I reviewed the Garnier one (too dark, not much coverage) but I don't think I will be going for it this time. Such a shame!
how much it brings? 20g? 50g? how much?
